Where history meets nature.

We offer the following activities year round:

(We are planning a 1 mile outer jogging path for this spring!!  We are looking for volunteers to help clear the trail and joggers who want to contribute input into the design.)

♦  Take a free tour of our Historical Interpretive Center that has:

– Animal Lore & Nature Resources.

– Historic Relics from Raytown’s Past.

– Harry S. Truman Exhibit.

– Santa Fe Trail Exhibit.

♦ Outdoor Bonfire Pits

♦ Camping (Goto Camping Page NOW!)

♦ Picnics at our Shelter house (To Reserve our Shelter house for Special Events Click HERE!)

♦  Do research in our research library (we are adding to the collection as we speak.) with our focus on the History of the Santa Fe Trail and Raytown. (Goto Research Library NOW!)
